Why is there a dollar sign icon on my content?

A dollar sign icon will be red if the course itself is for sale and has not been purchased, OR if everything within the course has not been purchased.

A dollar sign icon will be orange if you have partial access to the contents of the course. 

A dollar sign icon will be green if you have access to everything within the course via a purchase.
